-
- They aren't "vague promises". The Amiga is reborn. AT has sold a fair amount
- of Amigas, especially considering the bad market these days.

-
- Off hand, I'd buy a Be Box, I guess.
-
- You do know that they haven't committed to

-
- That's true, but they haven't said they won't do it either.
-

-
- Absolutely, but until they say one way or the other what they will do, all
- these people crying wolf is just a waste.

-
- That doesn't mean they won't do it. It probably means exactly what it says:
- "they would be considering a new Amiga". When you decide to buy a new car do
- you just go out and get the first one you see. Of course not. Same with VC.
- They are going to look into what AT has done and is planning to decide if that
- is the way they think it should be done. Dave Haynie may be a genious, but he's
- not the only one. His opinion is his opinion, not Carl S's or any of the VCers.
- VC has to get their own opinion. Give them time.
- No offense meant Dave, and I'm sure you didn't take any.

-
- Yes, but just another MAC PPCP clone won't do it, and that appears to be
- what Dave Haynie is proposing, and what AT is building. Maybe VIScorp WILL
- butt in and make it what it should be.
